The late Paul Walker stars as a father struggling to keep his premature baby alive in an abandoned hospital when Hurricane Katrina hits New Orleans. The infant's life support machine is powered by a battery that can only hold charge for a few minutes and must be regularly cranked by hand. But with no sign of rescue, what will come first - floodwater or fatigue? Having provided the scripts for Final Destination 5 and the remakes of The Thing and A Nightmare on Elm Street, writer Eric Heisserer keeps the suspense high for his directing debut.
